Boneload
Boneload is a program that distributes muscle forces onto muscle attachment surfaces. The input required is a Nastran file of the muscle attachment areas, an Excel file indicating the muscle force magnitude, a coordinate toward which the distributed muscle forces are directed, and two points that describe an axis of rotation (See templates provided). Output from this program is an Excel file summarizing the forces applied, moments generated about the axis of rotation, and a Nastran file with loads applied to the muscle attachment areas.
Note: The files below include the Matlab Runtime files that are needed to run Boneload.

Area Centroids
The Area Centroids program is used to calculate the centroid of a given STL or set of STLs. This is useful for selecting the focal coordinate of a given muscle attachment area in Boneload.
Note: Requires the Matlab Runtime files that are included with the Boneload install.

FEBio
FEBio is a nonlinear finite elementa subdivision within the material that is relatively simple in shape, such as a tetrahedral or hexahedral, defined by vertices called nodes. solver that is specifically designed for biomechanical applications. It offers modeling scenarios, constitutive models and boundary conditions that are relevant to many research areas in biomechanics. All features can be used together seamlessly, giving the user a powerful tool for solving 3D problems in computational biomechanics.

VCollab Presenter
Vcollab is a CAx visualization package that allows you to present your results to the public in a single, easily distributed file. The free viewer can be downloaded here. The videos available through this website were created using this software.
Strand7 Viewer
Strand7 provides a program for viewing ST7 files and their associated results files here.
